Cookie Policy
Last updated: 2026-04-26
1. Overview
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar storage technologies used on aivisibilityshop.net, the AI Visibility service operated by Blockchain and Marketing Solutions EOOD.
We operate in US privacy mode: analytics and advertising cookies are enabled by default for visitors in the United States. You can disable any non-essential category at any time via Cookie Settings, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information using "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information", or send the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser. We honor GPC as an opt-out signal for advertising and remarketing.
2. Strictly Necessary
These items are required for the site to function or to deliver a service you requested. They cannot be disabled.
- aivis_bid (cookie, 1 year, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax) — signed per-browser identifier used to enforce the one-free-scan-per-browser limit. Set by our server.
- ai_visibility_privacy_v2 (localStorage) — your privacy preferences, including which categories are enabled and whether GPC was active when you decided.
- Stripe Checkout cookies — set by checkout.stripe.com during the redirect to process payments. Controlled by Stripe; see https://stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.
3. Analytics
Used to understand how visitors interact with the site so we can improve it. Loaded only when analytics is enabled in Cookie Settings (default ON in US privacy mode).
Google Analytics 4 (operated by Google LLC):
- _ga (cookie, 2 years) — distinguishes unique visitors.
- _ga_<container_id> (cookie, 2 years; e.g. _ga_R2L2TNKMM0) — persists session state.
- _gid (cookie, 24 hours) — distinguishes unique visitors over a 24-hour window when applicable.
We send GA4 a short whitelist of event parameters (page views, conversion event names, browser/device information). We do not send email addresses, names, submitted website URLs, contact messages, or raw URL query strings.
4. Advertising / Remarketing
Used for advertising measurement and remarketing. Loaded only when advertising is enabled in Cookie Settings (default ON in US privacy mode unless you have opted out, sent GPC, or selected "Do Not Sell or Share").
Meta Pixel (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.):
- _fbp (cookie, 90 days) — Meta browser identifier used for advertising measurement.
- _fbc (cookie, 90 days) — set when arriving via a Meta ad click (fbclid in URL).
We do not use Meta advanced matching and do not send personal information collected in our forms.
Google Ads remarketing — reserved. No Google Ads tag is loaded today; if it is added in the future, the same advertising consent gate will apply.
5. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser sends the GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out from the sale or sharing of personal information. While GPC is active:
- Advertising and remarketing are disabled. Meta Pixel is not loaded; Google Consent Mode advertising flags are sent as denied.
- Analytics remains enabled by default; you can disable it separately in Cookie Settings.
- The Cookie Settings dialog reflects the GPC state and disables the advertising toggle.
GPC is supported by, among others, Brave, Firefox, and DuckDuckGo. Other browsers may offer it via an extension.
6. Your Choices
- Cookie Settings — open from the footer link or the banner notice. Toggle Analytics or Advertising independently. Save Choices applies your selection.
- Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information — one-click opt-out from the footer or banner. Disables advertising/remarketing immediately.
- Reject Non-Essential — disables both Analytics and Advertising and sets the Do Not Sell or Share opt-out flag.
- Clearing browser site data clears the privacy preferences localStorage entry and any cookies set by the site.

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as cookies and storage technologies on the site change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
