1. Service Provider

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Visibility Quick Scan service provided by Blockchain and Marketing Solutions EOOD ("Provider", "we", "us").

2. Service Description

AI Visibility Quick Scan provides automated AI discoverability diagnostics:

- Quick AI Visibility Scan (USD 9.99): automated scan checking visibility across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Copilot. Delivers a PDF report with score and actionable recommendations. Results typically available in 2–5 minutes.
- Manual Fix Package (USD 99): we implement all recommendations from your scan report. Delivered within 48 hours.
- Manual Fix + Installation Support (USD 199): everything in the Fix Package plus a specialist assists with installation via chat or Google Meet within 48 hours by agreement.

Services consumed outside the EU are outside the scope of VAT.

3. Order Process

For Quick Scan:
1. You submit your website URL, platform, name, and email through the scan form.
2. You provide consent to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. Payment of USD 9.99 is processed through Stripe.
4. Upon successful payment, our scanner processes your website automatically.
5. Results are displayed on screen and sent to your email.

For Fix Packages:
1. After receiving your scan results, you may purchase a fix package.
2. Payment is processed through Stripe.
3. Our team processes your order and delivers within 48 hours.

4. Payment

- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Prices are in USD.
- Payment is required before service delivery.
- We issue invoices for all transactions.
- No subscriptions — all payments are one-time.

5. Delivery

- Quick Scan results are typically delivered within 2–5 minutes of confirmed payment.
- If the automated scan encounters an issue, our team will manually process your report and deliver it to your email within 24 hours.
- Fix Package results are delivered within 48 hours of confirmed payment.
- Delivery includes the applicable report (PDF) and/or implementation files.

6. Refund Policy

- If we cannot deliver a scan report (automated or manual) within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.
- If you believe the report quality does not meet reasonable expectations, contact us within 48 hours for a review.
- Refund requests are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Fix Package refunds are available if work has not yet started.

7. Scan Limitations

- The automated scan checks publicly accessible pages only.
- Sites behind authentication, firewalls, or CAPTCHAs may produce incomplete results.
- In such cases, the scan enters manual review and our team processes your report.
- The scan provides diagnostic information and recommendations; it does not guarantee specific search engine or AI system rankings.

8. Intellectual Property

- Scan reports and generated recommendations are provided for your use only.
- You may not resell or redistribute scan reports.
- All intellectual property in the scanning technology, algorithms, and report templates remains with the Provider.

9. Data Processing

- We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Website data submitted for scanning is used solely for generating your report.
- We do not share your website data with third parties except as required for service delivery (e.g., AI API providers for scanning).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at https://aivisibilityshop.net/terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
